Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool (heating is optional), garden and carport and set in a lovely fully fenced private plot.
Vivenda Perola is a beautifully stylish villa, located in the quiet area Mato
Serrão, approx. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro. You have
sea view from the first floor and the roof terrace.
The stunning entrance hall greets you as you walk through the front door, and to the left is the bright and modern living room with wood-burner, L shaped sofa, dining area and sliding doors to the pool and garden.
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you need for your 'home from home' holiday and there is access from the kitchen to a secluded outdoor eating area.
On the ground floor there are also two spacious king sized bedrooms with en-suites and plenty of wardrobe space, plus a separate guest toilet.
The master-suite is on the first floor where you'll find sliding doors to the terrace with a small seating area for 2 where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility with a small sea view. There is also an open space office area on the first floor as you get to the top of the stairs and here you'll find an additional sofa bed and access to the terrace with comfy seating ideal for enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the sunset.
There is a large roof terrace with solar heating and from here you have panoramic views to the sea and surrounding area.
All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets at the doors/windows.
The pool can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge of €35 per night.

Lovely villa , would highly recommend.
This is a lovely villa , it had 3 good sized bedrooms , all with en-suite. The lounge and kitchen are also a good size. Everything was spotless, it was well equipped. The beds are very comfortable with decent bed linen. The showers were good. The outside space was lovely , private with mature, well kept gardens and a good sized pool , which can be heated. The location is good, you can walk to the restaurant on Villa Nova in about a minute and it was pleasant. You can also walk to a small selection of restaurants Mama Mia , Taste, Black Salt or drive to them in 3 minutes . It’s a 5 minute drive into town and a 5-10 minute drive to the lovely beach’s near Ferragudo. You can also get Ubers easily in Carvoeiro. I would definitely go back to this villa and highly recommend it. Wonderful, thank you!

Perfect !
Our whole family had the best time at Villa Pérola. The villa is absolutely beautiful, very luxurious and spacious and so well equipped. We felt like we truly relaxed. We would love to return and can only recommend. Thank you….. everything was perfect !

Wonderful Villa
We spent 3 weeks in the great villa and can only recommend it! The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need, so we didn't miss anything. Carvoeiro can be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot, so you live quietly but are still central. The service of Elite Rentals is particularly noteworthy! No matter what we had so far, it was really fixed in an instant. Very, very big praise!!
Amazing, perfect for families
This was our second time staying in Caroveiro and we were lucky enough to stay in the Vivenda Perola vila, which is stunning and absolutely perfect for kids. With four kids we loved letting them play in the pool whilst we relaxed. The vila is a great size, well equipped and has air con throughout. We'd highly recommend it to anyone with family, we loved it and we're going again!

Truely amazing
We absolutely loved staying here, the villa was truly amazing, lovely, clean and spacious. The pool was fab and we asked for it to be heated which was perfect. We loved all the outdoor areas and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed.

The pool was definitely the highlight
Thank you for letting us stay in your brilliant home. everything we needed was there in the most comfortable house. The pool was definitely the highlight in our opinion. Our favourite restaurants are Gurkha the Indian restaurant and L'Orange the french one. However all the restaurants we ate in were lovely. The boat trip to the caves was amazing.

Wow! What a wonderful week we have had in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect from beginning to end: the beautiful interiors, immaculate decor and such comfy beds. The house is situated in a perfect place within an idyllic town which we took great advantage of - great restaurants, bars but also some relaxing days sat by the pool.
